Dear colleagues,

I have been requested to communicate the following to you by the Minister of Carluke St Andrew’s, Helen Jamieson, which I am happy to do.

“St Andrew’s Church Carluke has offered support to people living with dementia since 2012. Life Changes Trust has supported us with some funding.

It would be great if you could advertise the information below from Life Changes Trust in case anyone would like to register for the event on 12th May – or even know someone who might like to engage in the sessions for people with dementia and unpaid carers.

Community and Dementia: Creating Better Lives in Lanarkshire
The Life Changes Trust is hosting a series of online engagement sessions to give people living in Lanarkshire who have direct experience of dementia the opportunity to have a meaningful say in how they want to receive support locally.

We will host sessions for people with dementia and unpaid carers, online and by telephone, on the 4th & 5th May. Click on the links above for more information.

These sessions will inform our 'Creating Better Lives in Lanarkshire' webinar on 12th May.You can register for the webinar here

St Andrew’s also  works with Crossreach and funds a Heart for Art Programme in St Andrew’s

Attached is a Heart for Art Poster giving details of Crossreach Heart for Art Exhibition which will be live online from Monday 3rd May.”

Kind regards,

Gordon
