Our mid-week service – Delve in @ 12 will be held today at 12 Noon and includes the Sacrament of Holy Communion. The service will be led by Rev. Les Brunger, Locum Minister. All Welcome.

The SNACK BAR opens from 10:00a.m. – 1:00p.m.. Last Orders at 12:45p.m..
The NEARLY NEW STALL opens from 10:00a.m. – 12 Noon.
VESTRY TIME – Les will be available in the Vestry each Friday from 12 Noon until 2:00p.m..
The ART CLUB meet in the Upper Hall from 1:30p.m. – 3:30p.m..
The WORLD DAY OF PRAYER is being held in the Salvation Army Hall, Hallcraig Street at 2:30p.m. to which you are invited.
The material this year has been written by Christian Women from Nigeria – ‘I will Give you rest – Come’. See poster on noticeboard.
SATURDAY – 7th MARCH 2026
The Monthly Coffee Morning will take place in the Large Hall from 10:00a.m. until 12 Noon. If you are in the town, please pop in for some fellowship together over a cup of tea/coffee and cakes. You will be made very welcome.

FOODBANK DONATIONS
Our collections for the foodbank continue – items urgently required for this week are the following – porridge, cereal, UHT milk and diluting juice.

ACADEMY CHAPLAINCY PROJECT – MOTHER’S DAY – 15th March 2026
Over the next 2 weeks, a collection box will be in the vestibule to accept gifts for mother’s day & mother’s day cards etc.. These will then be made available to those pupils who would be unable to provide a gift at this time. Thank you for your support once again.

SUNDAY – 8th MARCH, 2026
Morning Worship for the Third Sunday in Lent begins at 11:00a.m.. This service will be led by Rev. Les Brunger, Locum Minister. ALL WELCOME.
As intimated, at the close of Morning Worship there will be a Congregational Meeting to elect NINE members of the Congregation to be members of our NOMINATING COMMITTEE.
TUESDAY –10th MARCH, 2026
The In Stitches Craft group meet in the session room from 10:00a.m. until 12 Noon. If you are interested – please come along, you will be made most welcome.
The Senior Circle meet in the Session Room from 1:30p.m.. Tea / coffee and a chat from 1.30p.m. - 2:00p.m. Speaking to the group today is David Kennedy from Home Comforts. ALL WELCOME.

St. Columba’s is holding a Singing Afternoon celebrating Mother’s Day starting at 1:30p.m., to which we’ve received an invitation to join them. There will be the singing of familiar and new songs, followed by a cup of tea and home baking. If you are free, please make room for it in your diary.

GLASGOW STREET PASTORS
COMMONWEALTH GAMES

A request has been received from Glasgow Street Pastors for additional help when the Commonwealth Games are held in Glasgow during the summer.
As well as Street Pastors, there will also be Games Pastors covering all events.
Games Pastors would only be involved during the afternoon and early evening events, there would be no late night duties.
Application & PVG forms would be requested as well as training sessions during June.
