The Kirk Session will meet for Ordinary Business in the Sanctuary at 7:00p.m..

WEDNESDAY  – 2nd SEPTEMBER, 2026

Our Delve in @ 12 Mid Week Service resumes at 12 Noon.This will be led by Rev. Alister Weighton.  Everyone will be made most welcome.

FRIDAY – 4th SEPTEMBER, 2026

The SNACK BAR opens from 10:00a.m. – 1:00p.m..  Last Orders at 12:45p.m..

VESTRY TIME – Rev. Maggie McArthur will be available in the vestry from 10:00a.m. until 12 Noon.

SATURDAY  – 5th SEPTEMBER, 2026

The first Monthly Coffee Morning of the new session opens from 10:00a.m. –  12 Noon in the large hall.  Come along for some fellowship over a tea / coffee and some home baking.

FOODBANK DONATIONS

Our collections for the foodbank continue – items urgently required for this week are the following -  tinned custard, tinned rice and tinned fruit.

Joint Morning Worship with our friends from St. Columba’s   begins at 11:00a.m. and will be led by Rev. Jeanette L. Peel, Nominee for the Vacancy. ALL WELCOME.

Immediately following the service, Rev. Anne Paton, Interim Moderator will proceed to the vote to elect Rev. Jeanette L. Peel as Minister of Airdrie : The New Wellwynd in deferred union with Airdrie : St. Columba’s

TUESDAY – 8th SEPTEMBER, 2026

The In Stitches Craft Group resume their meetings for the new session.  They meet in the Session Room from 10:00a.m. until 12 Noon.  New members to the group are always welcome.

At 1:30p.m. for 2:00p.m., the Senior Circle resume their meetings for the new session.  The speaker at the opening meeting will be Rev. Maggie McArthur. 

WEDNESDAY – 9th SEPTEMBER, 2026

Iain and Donald Jarvie and their friend Peter Hall are taking part in Sir Chis Hoy's "Tour de 4" on Sunday 6th September 2026 in memory of

John Jarvie, Iain and Donalds' dad.

The Cinnamon Trust needs additional dog walking  volunteers in Airdrie – ML6 postcode area

Could you volunteer to offer some support to an older resident of Airdrie and their delightful little dog who would love some walking companions. If the answer is yes we would be delighted to hear from you.

You would become part of a small team of volunteers assigned to a particular owner and their dog walking on a rota basis to suit your availability, the aim being that the dog gets a good walk several times a week.
